History

                 It was as an aggricultural school with 61 students on 01/06/1962. It's first principal was W.G.Fedric. It had two buildings only at that time.The play ground was made in 1970.

                                    Now it has been established as one of the best aggricultural school in Uva province under the guidance of the present principal Mr D.M.Kumararathne and aggricultural teacher Mr Jayasinghe .there were 1038 students studing under the guidance of 32 teachers in 2010.
                        

                                   The present principal is a highly strich and discipalinary person who has taken control all the things in our school.He has introduced 5 s System to the school and enabled to win a productivity award in 2006.Our school also won the first place in all island aggriculture competition 2006-2007 and the first place in Badulla district in "Swasara Thaksalawa" competition
